Description
Description
Currently, the label harmonization across blocks is not working as intended when cell density is high. See https://github.com/scverse/spatialdata/pull/664 for discussion.
When correctly implemented, should update the relabel docstring for spatialdata map_raster.

Research direction
Read the issue description and the discussion in spatialdata PR #664 first, focusing on label harmonization across blocks at high cell density. Then locate the spatialdata map_raster relabel documentation mentioned in the issue. Done means the harmonization behavior is corrected and the map_raster relabel docstring is updated.
