Description

Ideas:
- Allow for making a polygon query where the polygon is inside the
SpatialDataobject, without the need to extract it and transform it. This is particularly useful when a coordinate system would otherwise have to be applied. - Allow making an "inverse polygon query", in which we keep all the points except the ones inside the query region.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing polygon-query path and how polygons relate to the SpatialData object. Done means supporting an in-object polygon without extraction or transformation, plus an inverse query that retains points outside the selected region, with tests covering both behaviors.
