Description

Hey, I'd like to map the probes sequence (GGTGACA...., etc) with the location of each bin on the 2 micron so I can match with TCR sequences found in the data. Is there a way to map the sequence of each bin together with the observations so this overlap could be plotted?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the repository’s spatial-data interfaces for probe sequences, bin locations, and observations; done means establishing whether these can be joined and visualized together with the TCR sequences.
