Description
Routinely listing improvement we can make to the docs:
- add
rasterize_bins()example in Visium HD notebook; - show how to use
get_element_instances()in the annotation notebook.

Research direction
Start with the annotation notebook and compare its existing examples with the requested get_element_instances() usage. The Visium HD notebook already has a rasterize_bins() example, so use it as a documentation reference. Done means the annotation notebook demonstrates get_element_instances() clearly and renders or runs successfully.
