Description

Description of feature

Apparently this is a thing now (e.g. 10x spatial transcriptomics + mixcr, e.g. in this paper).

@giovp is there anything we need to do to leverage squidpy + scirpy together for this kind of data?
Can we account for this type of data in the design of the new data structure (#327)?

Research direction

Start by reviewing issue #327 and the question about using squidpy with scirpy for spatial AIRR data. Clarify the required data-structure changes and interoperability expectations before identifying an implementation scope. Done means the new structure explicitly accounts for this data type and the relevant integration behavior is documented or tested.
