Description

Hi,

In the scanpy, has anyone tried implementing jackstraw using anndata? If anyone has written a code to find the significant PCs in scanpy, please do share or any guide to perform it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much

Research direction

The request names scanpy, AnnData, jackstraw, and significant principal components but does not identify files, tests, or an existing entry point. First determine how scanpy currently handles principal-component significance and where an AnnData-based implementation would belong; done means a defined implementation scope and tests demonstrating the expected significant-PC results.
