Description
Dear,
I cannot add colorbar in paga with the following code:
sc.pl.paga(adata,color=['dpt_pseudotime'],threshold=0.3,random_state=0,node_size_scale=1.8, node_size_power=1, edge_width_scale=0.5,fontsize=12)
And, even though I used colorbar=True, the colorbar didn't display either.
How to solve the problem?
