Description

Is there a way to extract cells that are co-expressing my genes of interest ? How can I make a UMAP plot showing these cells similar to the single gene UMAP plots ?

Thanks.

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or a specific entry point. Start by locating Scanpy's cell-selection and UMAP plotting documentation or examples, then clarify a supported workflow for selecting cells co-expressing several genes and displaying them in a UMAP. Done means the documented example answers both extraction and plotting questions.
