Description

What kind of feature would you like to request?

Additional function parameters / changed functionality / changed defaults?

Please describe your wishes

https://networkit.github.io/dev-docs/python_api/community.html#networkit.community.ParallelLeiden

There seems to be a parallel Leiden algorithm which would be awesome! The library might have other cool things!

Research direction

Start with the linked Networkit Python API documentation for community.ParallelLeiden and compare its capabilities with Scanpy’s existing Leiden implementation. Determine whether parallel Leiden or other Networkit functionality has a clear integration path, then document the feasible scope and expected functionality for a follow-up change.
