Description

Hi,
Thank you for developing this nice tool.

I am trying to follow the pipline of Atlas-scale Analysis. And I am trying to add the raw metadata provided in the paper instead of annotating the cells myself after batch correction.
I have tried several ways to add the "cell type" into adatas.obs or adatas.adata.obs. but none of them works.
Is there any good way to add these raw data?

Thank you
Zhao

Research direction

The issue mentions SnapATAC2, Atlas-scale Analysis, and adatas.obs or adatas.adata.obs, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the documented metadata and cell-annotation workflow; clarify whether the expected result is usage guidance or support for importing raw cell-type metadata.
