Description
Dave and I had a conversation back in May where he implemented a fix on feedland.social to support cloud elements with either port 443 or protocol="https-post", but hadn't pushed to GitHub or npm yet.

Hoping we can get this released and deployed to Feedland.com because a user came to me for advice to work around this exact limitation.

Additionally, if the new logic for rssCloud support in OPML reading lists was included, that would be wonderful. :-)
