Language support
Irish has feminine and masculine genders for nouns.
It is a VSO language.
It has different numbers depending on what is being counted or how something is being counted.
It has five accented vowels á é í ó ú.
Adjectives usually come after the noun and if the noun is feminine, the adjective must match with feminine noun.
Keyboard variants
Qwerty is the normal keyboard for Irish. The only that is important is the need for the accented vowels.
Contribution
I would like to help with adding rules for grammar and spelling.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating existing keyboard language support and compare its grammar and spelling rules, then add Irish support for QWERTY input and the accented vowels; done means the keyboard and the requested Irish grammar and spelling rules work.
