Description
On touchscreen devices, tapping to create a new message/broadcast closes the dialog immediately, so new broadcasts can't be created. @kaylen-s could not reproduce it on desktop, so it appears touchscreen-specific. May share a cause with the other broken touchscreen dialogs.
