Description
Expected Behavior
The editor menu File>Load from your computer should be translated.
Actual Behavior
The translation for the editor's File menu Load from your computer will not be applied.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open scratch editor https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor
- Select Settings>Language>日本語 (any language except English)
- See menu Files>Load from your computer (will NOT be translated in the selected language)
