Description
There is like no documentation for Scratch Blocks, it is very hard to find out how to do things, often I have to use the Blockly Reference, which isn't great either.
So yeah, this library needs Documentation. I for example am currently struggling to get custom procedures and extensions going, Scratch GUI can do this, so it must clearly support doing this.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the current Scratch Blocks documentation and the linked Blockly Reference. Compare the custom procedures and extensions capabilities described or used by Scratch GUI, then define a focused documentation scope. Done means contributors can find clear guidance for those workflows and related library usage.
