Description

Expected Behavior

Boolean blocks have a comfortable amount of padding equal on both sides, like round reporter blocks:

A custom block number/string input with the text "b"

Actual Behavior

They look weird! The horizontal padding is definitely not right:

A boolean input with the text "b"; the text is offset to be sitting almost entirely in the right-corner part of the block

Steps to Reproduce

Find a boolean block with a very short name - for example, a custom block boolean input with a single letter in its name.

Operating System and Browser

Firefox 65.0b9, Linux (Debian).

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with a boolean block whose name is a single letter, using the example of a custom block boolean input in the issue. Compare its horizontal padding with a round reporter block; done means the boolean block has comfortable, balanced padding on both sides.
