Description
Custom block insertion marker appears to be the wrong width, when you attach a C-block containing a long command block onto a custom block definition hat (the c-block shaped marker takes the width of the longest contained block, instead of the width of the actual c-block):

Research direction
Reproduce the custom block insertion marker with a C-block containing a long command block attached to a custom block definition hat, using the screenshot and linked bug-hunt issue as context. Trace the insertion-marker sizing behavior and verify that the marker width matches the C-block rather than its longest contained block.
