Expected the blocks to remain below the workspace while click+dragging the entire workspace
Actual Behavior
Describe what actually happens
Dragging the entire workspace seems to pop all the blocks onto a layer above the zoom controls. This is particularly surprising because scrolling with the scrollbars does not.
