Description
Expected Behavior
Things dragged over the toolbox should display the delete cursor (hand with red x) and get deleted if dropped onto the toolbox.
Actual Behavior
Block comments neither display the delete cursor nor get deleted when dragged over the toolbox.
Workspace comments get deleted but the delete cursor does not get displayed.
