Description

From the docs:

jobs_summary = project.jobs.iter(
... has_tag=['new', 'verified'], lacks_tag='obsolete')

has_tag accepts a string but no a list. lacks_tag works perfectly fine with both.

Research direction

Start at the Jobs.iter() entry point and compare how has_tag and lacks_tag process their arguments. Make has_tag accept a list like the documented example while preserving string support, then verify filtering with both has_tag and lacks_tag values.
