Research direction

Start by reproducing the dateparser.parse('month start') and dateparser.parse('month begin') examples and trace the dateparser.parse entry point to the natural-language handling for relative periods. Define and verify the expected results for the start of a month and week, including appropriate tests; done means both requested phrases parse correctly.
