Description

cannot detect 29:13.42 as MM:SS.centiseconds as used in sports times

mark = str(row['Mark']).rstrip('h')
mark1 = parser.parse(mark) # using dateutil
mark2 = dateparser.parse(mark) # using dateparser

output:
