Description

Hi,
I couldn't find any existing issue for this, hopefully there aren't already.

I think it would be interesting to be able to parse rounded time like 20h (8pm).
Only 20h00 seems to work.

Python 3.9.5
dateparser==1.0.0

Research direction

Reproduce the issue with Python 3.9.5 and dateparser 1.0.0 using the abbreviated input “20h”, then trace the hour-parsing entry point. The fix is complete when “20h” parses as 20:00 like “20h00” and a regression test covers the behavior.
