Description
I believe during the parsing of strings like '3rd month' , '1st day' etc. The ordinal number 3rd is dropped and the string is treated as '3 month' which defaults to parsing a date 3 months ago as opposed to the 3rd month of the year (March).
dateparser.parse("3rd month")
>> datetime.datetime(2019, 12, 29, 6, 19, 7, 671087) # returns date which was 3 months ago
