Description

Let's say we have a text: "23 2019", then dateparser will set the day to 23 and the year 2019 and the month to the reference month. If the reference date is 8th of July 2019 then for "23 2019" dateparser will parse "23/07/2019". I think it is not a correct behavior. It should ignore (or parse separately) 23 and detect "2019" only.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the dateparser behavior described for "23 2019" with a reference date of 8 July 2019. Inspect the dateparser parsing entry point and related date-component handling, then verify that the day is ignored or parsed separately while the year 2019 is detected.
