Description

It would be interesting to add parsing of dates with an indication of era. Such as
“500BC” or “100 AD”. At least it would be great to add analogs of AD to all language files as “skip” or as an abbreviation.

Research direction

Start by locating the date-parsing entry points and the language files that define recognized date terms. Check existing tests for language-specific parsing, then add coverage for “500BC” and “100 AD” and for the requested AD equivalents; done means those examples parse correctly across the supported languages.
