Description
I want the following to return NoneType. I cannot change the languange setting.
dateparser.parse("2359 hours", languages=['en'],
settings={'DATE_ORDER': 'DMY','STRICT_PARSING': True,'REQUIRE_PARTS': ['month','day','year']})
However, I get
datetime.datetime(2022, 1, 28, 4, 57, 10, 154107)
