FR: Weapon templates and +use weapon as template

The templates feature is great and can we please have it extended to weapons?

It would make it significantly easier for us to modify weapons for fun gameplay reasons without having to worry about breaking balances in campaigns we also ship with - or for specific FSBlue tweaks that don't affect the entirety of AoA or WiH

Also it would personally make me a happier modder.
