FR: control over the ability to call in a support ship by a given fighter/bomber

I'd like to be able to control through mission events which ships are allowed to call in a support ship.

A desired approach would be to add a new ship/wing flag such as disallow_support that later I'd be able to toggle via alter-ship-flag sexp.
