**Device Specs:**
* AMD Ryzen 3 2200U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.50 GHz.
* 8.00 GB (6.90 GB usable).
**Problematic FSO Build:**
* Problem occurs on commit 16e0e3d but not the prior commit b32e7b35f.
**Problem:**
* When 'Soft Particles' is activated, and 'Post Processing' is deactivated, Nebula poofs are far too bright.
