FR: Apply multi-lock features to single target aspect & heatseeking weapons

These features appear to apply to multi-lock weapons only. I'm very much in need of the ability for traditional heatseeking & aspect lock weapons to only lock on to specific object types. I also want the ability to define Max Seekers Per Target for heatseeking swarm weapons, limiting the number of missiles from a swarm which can track a target. My specific use-case here is to produce a more potent AoE effect for cluster weapons, which sometimes have a propensity to toss the lion's share of their missiles at a single fighter.
