Lead indicator does not take into account the "No Primary Linking" weapons.tbl flag

If you fly a craft like the UEF Uriel in BP2-14 or 15, you may note that if you select all primary banks, the lead indicator is displaying as if the Archer is selected, even though it is not. With the Archer specifically this is a bit annoying, as any other weapon has a much lower velocity, rendering the lead indicator useless.
