FR: Allow clients to select a Force Feedback Device to a device other than the Current Joystick

Hi,

I use vjoy to add multiple device support.

This work fine, but the force feedback don't work becouse vjoy have some issue on force feedback (all details in the attached txt file).

I ask if is possible implement one of these changes:

1) Remove vjoy from haptic devices. (probably this is the best solution)
2) Allow to select the force feedback device.
3) Allow to exclude one force feedback device from installed controller.
