Description
For the MediaVPs, we'd like to have the engine properly scale 2D Radar Icons along with the 2D radar gauge. Currently, the gauge can scale, but the icons won't. On larger resolutions, this makes the icons tiny. On lower resolutions, this makes the icons massive.
