Elastic APM has a documentation note about ensuring threads are enabled in Python for uwsgi: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/python/current/django-support.html

I've done some testing and can't tell off the bat if passing --enable-threads is needed for Scout to function. uWSGI docs are typically terrible. This needs some more investigation.
