Description
In production we need any user to be able to access the direct-beam file. We want to avoid temporary hacks such as putting it into our public HTML.
- Assume we have a direct beam file (Judith will provide one).
- Figure out how to put it into SciCat, accessible by everyone.
- CodeShelf notebooks for LOKI should be able to download this automatically.

Research direction
Start by locating any existing SciCat integration and the LOKI CodeShelf notebooks in the repository. Determine how a direct-beam file can be stored in SciCat with access for every user and downloaded automatically by those notebooks. Done means a provided direct-beam file is available through SciCat and the notebooks can retrieve it without a public-HTML workaround.
