Description

Make a notebook for code shelf that makes a plot of beam monitor counts, as a function of proton charge.

It should show the correlation as a function of time, and also have an option to adjust the window integration time.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing code-shelf notebooks and the beam-monitor and proton-charge data entry points. Create a notebook that plots their correlation over time and exposes the window integration time as an option; done means both the plot and adjustable integration window are usable.
