Description
There are manual configurations to be done to finish setting up the project in order to use all the github actions configured by copier_template.
They are mostly related to secrets and settings on github for documentation and package deployment.
Therefore we can consider using github client gh or APIs to finish the settings after initiating a project via copier_template.
For now we are collecting todo lists in README.md to have a better idea.

Research direction
Start with the todo list in README.md and review the GitHub Actions configured by copier_template. Identify which documentation and package-deployment settings and secrets are still manual, then determine whether the gh client or GitHub APIs can configure them after project initialization. Done means the required setup is automated and documented.
