Description

At the moment the whole test suite runs on both windows and macos which create a lot pressure on CI that is not really fruitful in terms of bug discovered.
It would be helpful to have a way to tag specific tests with build tags to ensure only meaningful tests and os specific tests are run and that the rest of the test suite can be ran on linux only.

How I imagine scw could expose this functionality
