Hi,
I am using https://repo.lightbend.com/typesafe/ivy-releases/ repo to get my scala jars via our enterprise artifactory (see https://github.com/sbt/sbt/issues/2871)
I am unable to get the sbteclipse plugin from this repo. Can you please advise why it might be happenning
