Research direction

Start by reviewing sbt-eclipse's settings and the generated Eclipse project definitions to find how source-folder output directories are selected. Check whether each source folder can be mapped beneath target/ and verify the generated paths; done means Eclipse source folders use the corresponding target/ subdirectories.
