Description

I have the useProjectId set to true. This neatly generated projects using their id. The inter-project reference however uses the project name resulting in an entry like this in the .classpath file:

<classpathentry kind="src" path="/project-name" exported="true" combineaccessrules="false"/>

Research direction

Start by tracing how the sbt-eclipse plugin handles useProjectId for inter-project references and compare the generated .classpath entry with the project-definition setting. The fix is complete when referenced projects use their IDs in the path instead of their names while project generation still works.
