Description
When selecting Save on the main menu, there is no indication that any action was taken, as the screen does not visibly change.
Maybe we could track unsaved changes status globally in the application and put it in the top banner like with the Installation and Profile? Then the visual change would be this "unsaved changes" warning going away.

Research direction
Start at the main menu's Save action and inspect how the top banner currently reports Installation and Profile. Trace where unsaved changes are represented, then make the completion condition visible by ensuring the banner's unsaved-changes warning changes after saving.
