Description

Currently, if an install becomes corrupted somehow, it becomes a broken install that only appears in the server manager and must be deleted from there.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing server manager and how broken installs are currently represented. Define the scope of the proposed install management UI; done should mean corrupted installs appear in the main management experience and can be handled there instead of only being deleted from the server manager.
