Description

Could not reproduce on local installed build, will try with the CI build -Mircea

Happens when Rider installs RiderLink, because it tries to build UnrealEditor, not FactoryEditor, but this was already broken. Could still not reproduce when building the correct target.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the CI build and Visual Studio project generation, since the issue reports missing Subversion warnings but no file or test is named. Compare the RiderLink build of UnrealEditor with the correct FactoryEditor target; done means the missing warnings are reproduced and their expected behavior is verified.
