Errors when using with sass-loader

Hello,

I have a pretty large codebase to compile and I was trying sass-embedded.
When I am running webpack with the following config:

Dart errors with the following error:

It looks like evenhandler_win.cc is a dart file.

Start by reproducing the reported Windows webpack --watch command with sass-loader and sass-embedded, using the configuration shown in the issue. Then inspect the referenced runtime/bin/eventhandler_win.cc location and determine whether the repeated read-file-thread errors originate in the embedded Sass process or its integration. Done means the cause is identified and the Windows watch build no longer produces these errors.
