Description
User story
As a developer I would like lab users to be able to print off barcodes for new robots themselves. The current procedure involves running code to set the barcode, and running code to find out the machine-readable barcode. The UI could do all this for you.

Who is the nominated tester for UAT
I think we can do UAT within the team, but we should notify users once it's done.
Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- On creation of a new robot in Sequencescape UI, the barcode is set automatically (see script on this page - https://ssg-confluence.internal.sanger.ac.uk/display/PSD/Robots)
- The robots page https://uat.sequencescape.psd.sanger.ac.uk/admin/robots should show the machine readable barcode, so users can copy paste into SPrint to print them off (or, make them printable from Sequencescape, but this is probably more work)
- Robots documentation page is updated to reflect new procedure - https://ssg-confluence.internal.sanger.ac.uk/display/PSD/Robots

Research direction
Start with the Sequencescape UI flow for creating a new robot and review the Robots script linked in the issue. Check the admin robots page and how its barcode is presented for copying into SPrint. Done means new robots receive the required barcode, the machine-readable value is visible or printable, and the Robots documentation reflects the new procedure.
