As a TL I would like explanatory text added to the Tableau report & Confluence docs to explain that cost code, platform and library type are not filled in until sequencing has started so that users understand the limitation.
Acceptance Criteria
- Provide a way for users to read about the limitations of the current report on the Tableau view.
- Include the fact that cost code, platform and library type are not filled in until sequencing has started.
- Update Confluence documentation to include this too.
