Hi,

Can you guide me towards any document where 'SP' calculation is explained in related to samtools/bcftools?

Is it same as GATKs FS field? (http://gatkforums.broadinstitute.org/gatk/discussion/8056/statistical-methods-fisher-s-exact-test). I mean from an interpretation point of view?
