Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. First clarify the command interface, how the binary trait is supplied, and whether analysis targets genotypes, missingness, or both; define completion as producing the requested chi-squared or Fisher test results for the selected target.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement

Given a binary trait run a chisq/fisher against (a) the genotypes or (b) the missing.

I use this as a qc step to help get rid of extreme artefacts before association testing at the gene level.
